Hepatitis C and Our Inner Voices

If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. ~ Eckhart Tolle

Living well with hepatitis C is both an inside and outside job, but it helps to start with the inside. If we get the inside aligned with hope, the outside will act to make our inside dreams come true.

voicesWe have two inside voices—a loud, relentless talker, and a small, wise one. The noisy, assertive voice says, “Yes, but” or “I am afraid that…” or “I can’t do that.”The small, wise one digs deep into our wisdom and reassures us that we can create an amazing life, stay well, or even in the face of darkness, see the light of hope.

What are your inside voices saying to you? If you hear negative messages, acknowledge these, but listen for the counsel of your inner wisdom.

Lucinda – I love your new site! Yes, the inner voice of wisdom and hope seems to be a whisper. I’m tuning in more closely. Thank you for a reminder!
